"Digital Centrics" are committed to delivering high quality services and will work to ensure continuous quality improvement of our service provision. This means that we will set and expect high standards which we will monitor. We will support each other to develop our collective standards and where appropriate we will set challenging but realistic quality improvement targets. We will welcome external inspection as an opportunity to verify our internal quality assurance and quality improvement standards.


Operate sound business practices


"Digital Centrics" start off from the promise that we are all successful organisations with a need to generate income and receive fair financial recompense for our contributions. We will work hard to ensure that partnership resources are distributed fairly and reflect the input that we each make. We will be efficient in how the partnership operates. For example we will use technology where we can, we will supplement face to face meetings with on-line communication.

As a new partnership "Digital Centrics" acknowledges that we have much to learn from each other and that there may be times when things do not go according to plan or to expectation. We will therefore be flexible in terms of how we operate and be prepared to make changes, if required. We will also demonstrate our commitment to flexibility in terms of our relationships with each other and will endeavour to learn about the different constraints placed on each of our organisations and how these affect how we operate.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.


Payment Pratice for "Authorized Channel Partner/s"


  1. "Digital Centrics" ensures "Authorized Channel Partner/s" invoices are processed effectively. "Authorized Channel Partner/s" should ensure general guiding for timely and effective payments
  2. "Digital Centrics" will submit correct invoices to "Authorized Channel Partner/s" and "Authorized Channel Partner/s" should collect payment from the clients they are working together with "Digital Centrics"
  3. "Digital Centrics" prefers electronic payment transfer to ensure rapid, timely, and accurate payments VIA PAYPAL.
  4. "Digital Centrics" will send the Invoice in PDF format to the "Authorized Channel Partner/s" and once the "Authorized Channel Partner/s" collects the payment they can send the payment to "Digital Centrics" after deducting their benefit as mutually agreed with "Digital Centrics".
  5. "Digital Centrics" will NEVER DISCLOSE what the "Authorized Channel Partner/s" benefit as we beleive in Trust, Value, Support the 3 pillars to build a long term relation in any business partnership.
  6. if there are any misguidence from "Authorized Channel Partner/s" the Authorized Channel Partner/s" Client/s can email at and mark a "CC" to "Authorized Channel Partner/s" email, if the client will not mark "CC" of such said emails then "Digital Centrics" will not entertain such emails.
  7. Any LIABILITIES / FINANCIAL / OTHER CLAIMS arising from a "Authorized Channel Partner/s" Client/s, "Digital Centrics" will not be held responsible for the same.


Payment Pratice for "Reseller/s"


  1. "Digital Centrics" ensures "Reseller/s" invoices are processed effectively. "Reseller/s" should ensure general guiding for timely and effective payments
  2. "Digital Centrics" will submit correct invoices to "Reseller/s" under "Reseller/s" brand name.
  3. "Digital Centrics" prefers electronic payment transfer to ensure rapid, timely, and accurate payments VIA PAYPAL.
  4. "Digital Centrics" will send the Invoice in PDF format to the "Reseller/s" in "Reseller/s" Brand Name and the "Reseller/s" should make the payment to "Digital Centrics"
  5. "Digital Centrics" will NEVER communicate with the "RESELLER's" client directly and the "RESELLER's" client/s will never come to know the work was outsourced to "Digital Centrics"
  6. Any LIABILITIES / FINANCIAL / OTHER CLAIMS arising from "RESELLER's" Client/s, "Digital Centrics" will not be held responsible for the same.
